Right of withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor his independent professional activity:

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
Individually manufactured products, tie-downs, etc. are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (PH EQUESTRIAN "Phil Hutfilz", Ginsterweg 14, 27793 Wildeshausen, Germany,
e-mail: ph-equestrian@web.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) about your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached sample revocation form, which is not mandatory.

Please do not send the goods to us until we have contacted you. Only then please send the goods to the above address.

In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, excluding the delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.

We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day you notify us of the cancellation of this agreement. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by you.

You shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for testing the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

General notes

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

2) Please do not send the goods back to us carriage forward.

3) Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
