Delivery time

​

The ordered items will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment. Please note that with the payment method prepayment the receipt of payment can be delayed by 1-2 days. Usually the delivery time is 3-7 working days. After the order has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number so that you can track your package. You will also receive an invoice from us to your e-mail address.

Shipping Germany

The shipping costs for delivery within Germany are 6,90 €.

Shipping Switzerland

For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend that you use the MeinEinkauf.ch service. All information can be found at MeinEinkauf.ch. MeinEinkauf.ch will then take care of all customs formalities and delivery to your door for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, customs cleared and inexpensive.

Shipping Europe

The shipping costs for orders from all other EU countries are 17,00 €.

Shipping worldwide

Forwarding expenses are to be inquired before the order under ph-equestrian@web.de

Any customs clearance fees are already included in the shipping costs. Irrespective of this, customs duties and import sales tax may be levied. These are determined by customs and collected by the recipient when the package is handed over.
